由屏東縣政府與環球購物中心攜手合作邀集縣內青農辦理小農市集，今(6)日在環球購物中心一樓舉辦農村新實力屏青農崛起展售會，將農場直接帶進百貨，體驗新鮮在地蔬果零距離，讓買菜也可以很時尚。
農業處黃國榮處長特地前來站台，拿起國慶當紅話題，以紅綠藍相間色系「茄芷袋」，內裝有農民所種出農作物組成近千元的福袋，並登台一呼開始一元競標，現場觀眾反應熱烈，紛紛表示物超所值。

本次環球展售農產品來自農業大學及青年農民聯誼會成員，20多種農產品皆有產銷履歷及無農藥殘留自主檢驗證明，有枋山鄉芒果乾，春日鄉紅藜、山苦瓜等，內埔鄉檸檬、鳳梨乾及辣椒醬，萬丹鄉紅豆，新園鄉蜂蜜，屏東市竹筍、香檬、蜂蜜等生鮮及農產加工品應有盡有。

萬丹青農李育琳返鄉接手家業，她說由故鄉出發，從萬丹紅豆做起，延續「南國紅豆」品牌，並將多年在飯店業服務婚禮的經驗，融入萬丹在地文化，結合紅豆本身獨有特色，因而有了「紅妝逗囍」的產生。李育琳把紅豆經烤再炒香，做成紅逗茶包，再包裝成可愛逗趣的小伴手禮，因紅豆有意味著早生貴子含意，極受新人喜愛，常被當成結婚及彌月以紅豆送禮向賓客們分享這份喜悅。

黃國榮表示，雙十連假期間返鄉人潮漸增，今日起至10月10日一連5天的展期也將有不同的食農教育體驗，讓消費者了解生產者為何返鄉從農及品牌來源，及增加對農產加工品之認識。內容相當豐富多元，民眾可以利用選購之餘，和青年農民們多聊聊，聽聽他們的故事，就能知道屏東農村正在發生的轉變。

立法第三次臨時會針對「前瞻基礎建設第一期特別預算案」協商破局，今(25)日一早10點立院內就上演表決戰，不過國民黨立委一開始就包圍發言台，並針對主持會議的立法院長蘇嘉全發動紙球攻勢，民進黨立委則護在主席台前，用手板保護蘇嘉全不受攻擊。

國民黨一早就先提出多項權宜提案，包含要求立院每日表決時間不得超過晚上10點，以保障立委及議事人員的安全等等，但在多次表決未果後，國民黨立委包圍發言台，向主持會議的蘇嘉全嗆聲，大喊民進黨是多數暴力，並將提案紙本撕下，揉成紙球丟往蘇嘉全處，場面相當混亂。
